We do not offer refunds if the digital invitation card is functioning correctly as per the preview. Please ensure you are satisfied with the template design and features before making a purchase.
We are not responsible for any errors in the invitation details (e.g., wrong date, venue, or names) entered by the user. Refunds will not be granted for mistakes made during the data entry process. You are encouraged to double-check all information before sharing your invitation.
In the rare event that a refund request is approved by our management (e.g., due to duplicate transactions or proven technical system failure), the refund will be issued solely in the form of a store voucher of equivalent value. Cash refunds to bank accounts or credit cards are not available.
